Yes, inTennis runs on Mac OS X v10.4 and above. inTennis runs natively as a Mac application, you do not need to install a virtual Windows system such as Parallels.

Are there monthly ongoing fees?
No. We do not charge ongoing fees. Once you purchase the software you own the software and the data. The software will not expire.

Do you provide technical support and software upgrade?
Our software comes with 2 months free technical support (phone and email) and software upgrades. Customers can extend the support to 1 year with our annual support service. This service is optional.

I'm not familar with computer, can I still use inTennis?
Sure. We understand everyone has different level of computer skills. inTennis is specifically designed to be intuitive and easy-to-use. All our customers were able to setup the system in just a few minutes without any training or reading the manual. It is our goal to keep the software very easy to use. You do not need to be a computer expert to use inTennis!

Can it be networked?
inTennis can run on a network. This means the software can be deployed on multiple computers all sharing the same database. This setup is ideal for larger tennis centres with multiple staff or computers. For example, the pro-shop or receptionist PC can manage the court bookings while the back-office PC can manage invoicing and contact management.

Can I access inTennis on the Internet?
